Eat food for health reasons, not just for fill your stomach

Do you know that 70 to 80 percent of the diseases are related to food?

Malnutrition is not always due to lack of income, but because of lack of awareness of the principles of nutrition.

The Pyramid (Food) tells us foods, are locate in witch type and the importance of Micronutrients and macronutrients and how much we should use daily?

Food groups include:

  1. Bread and cereals: Energy supplier, fiber, group B vitamins, iron, protein, mineral salts
  2. Vegetable: Fiber supplier, vitamins, mineral salts
  3. Fruits: Fiber supplier, vitamins, mineral salts
  4. Meat: Supplier, group B vitamins, iron, Protein, mineral salts, such as zinc, magnesium, copper, manganese
  5. Dairy: Provider, Group B Vitamins, Calcium, Phosphorus, Protein
  6. Fats: Energy supplier, essential fatty acids, fat soluble vitamins

The motto of World Day of Food 2017

Climate is changing, Agriculture and food must also be changed.
