Nutrition Internal assessment
According to the summer assessment calendar (Bina eye Hospital summer program) on 31 July, All standards related to food management & nutrition were evaluated by the internal assessment team of the hospital.
Below standards was cheeked:
- Documentation of the quality of the value and nutritional characteristics of the purchased raw materials
- Field visits & observation Documents For food preparation and checklist
- Field visits & observation Documents For Steps to cook and checklist
- Field visits & observation Documents For Distribution and catering stages and checklist
- Documentation on the supply of healthy equipment and the lack of cooked and rinsed dishes
- The program of periodical services of the equipment and tools for cooking
- Supervision of the distribution of food for the patient's bedside by a nutrition expert
- Serving Chinese and healthy dishes for patients and steel fork & spoons instead of Disposable dishes In order to preserve the environment
- Regular and daily field monitoring documentation for nutrition experts on the quality of food before serving.
- Staff training programs about health promotion in the field of nutrition

The report of the results of the assessment will send to committee members electronically and at the next executive team meeting will be reviewed.
