Internal evaluation of Occupational Health standards

According to the summer assessment calendar (Bina eye Hospital summer program) on 7 July, All standards related to Occupational Health were evaluated by the internal assessment team of the hospital.
Such as: All relevant documentation, Assessment and control of harmful physical agents, Harmful chemical agents, Biological Hazards, Job stress, Skeletal musculoskeletal injuries, ventilators Visits, personal use of protective equipment, Periodic examination records, Registration forms for accidents & events, chemicals Manual use, Chemical labeling based on GHS format, 16 parts for Chemical Information Sheets SDS, Chemicals Regulations storage, Trained staff indicator, minutes Documentation for Work Protection Committee, Examinations at the arrival of the staff and etc. 

The report of the results of the assessment will send to the members of the Work Protection Committee members electronically And at the next executive team meeting will be reviewed.
