Internal evaluation of Drug management standards

According to the summer assessment calendar (Bina eye Hospital summer program) on 14 July, All standards related to Drug management were evaluated by the internal assessment team of the hospital.

Such as:

-        Pharmacopoeia and a checklist for clinical staff

-        A list of vital and essential medicines in Pharmacopoeia

-        Management of drug deficiency during temporary periods procedure

-        Safe storage of medicines by visiting a drug store

-        Temperature control for Refrigerated medications

-        Monitor the progress of medicine dispensing

-        Procedure for purchasing medicine, supplies

-        Instructions  for the use of multiple dose medicines

-        list of nominal, facial and similarity drugs and clinical staff knowledge

-        and etc

The report of the results of the assessment will send to drug Committee members electronically and at the next executive team meeting will be reviewed.
