Holding a mortality and morbidity committee on 08/19/2020

The Mortality and Morbidity Committee chaired by Dr. Babak Mostafazadeh (Forensic Medicine Specialist) was held on Wednesday, 08/19/2020 from 12:00 to 13:15 in the presence of members.

At the beginning of the meeting, the secretary reviewed the approvals of the previous meeting and raised the issues that needed to be approved by the committee

1- Investigation of elective operations in corona conditions according to the notification standard of the Ministry of Health

2- A summary of RCA sessions held in the hospital

3- Necessary arrangements for patients who resist the signature and fingerprint of the file in coronary conditions.

4- Cases of pathologies performed and their results in the last chapter

5- Identifying cases of readmission of patients without prior planning within one month after discharge from the hospital according to standard A-1-8-6 Accreditation.
