Holding the first meeting of the new CEO with the authorities¬

The first meeting of the new CEO with the hospital’s authorities was held on 25 Sep 2017.

Dr. Nikkhou said, all employees are the family members of Bina hospital and their effort is effective to hospital’s progress.

Therefore, cohesion working is necessary for achieving hospital’s goals and also other officials expressed their point of view at the meeting.

Further, Dr. Nikkhou emphasized the following:

• Respect and reverence for patients and their families

• Understanding patient mental conditions and tracking their problems

• Discipline at working

• Adhere to requirements and regulations

• Creativity and innovation

• The necessity of implementation of accreditation standards & Overhead organizations

• Increasing the error reporting culture

• Encourage to offer suggestions and possible criticisms

• Observe hierarchy

• Timely following relevant approvals

• Mutual respect between personnel and physicians

• And etc

Finally he pointed out, The electronic Infrastructure is available on the hospital website to get suggestions for improving the suggestion system optimally (Direct contact with the CEO) and Top proposers are appreciated seasonally
