It is necessary to explain, all incoming complaints are investigated and, while providing feedback to the applicants, compensation is provided if necessary.

Patient Affairs Follow-up Office; Immediately after receiving complaints, it will classify and prioritize them according to the following table and, after coordinating with the relevant authorities, will inform you of the results:

• Immediate handling: It will be done in person and immediately at the scene with field follow-up.
• Immediate handling: It will be followed up immediately by phone.
• First priority handling: By the end of the working day
• Non-priority handling: Depending on the sensitivity of the issue and scheduling for follow-up at the earliest opportunity (maximum 1 week)
